Contest Legal Terms and Conditions

Contests are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Contests are void where prohibited by law.
Any violation of the Contest rules may result in the disqualification of a Contest entry.

Contest Periods

Contests will be conducted during four annual periods beginning February 15th, May 15th, August 15th and November 15th, with each Contest period ending three months later when winners are announced and the next Contest period begins.

Contest Entries and Eligibility

• All Contest entries for a Contest period must be posted to the rageagainstthecubefarm.com website by 11:59 PM Pacific time on the end-date of that Contest period, i.e., February 15th, May 15th, August 15th or November 15th.
  
• Only registered users of the rageagainstthecubefarm.com website may post Contest entries, vote on Contest entries, and be named winners of Contests.
  
• Registered users of the rageagainstthecubefarm.com website may post an unlimited number of Contest entries during each Contest period.
  
• By posting an entry to a Contest, you certify the following statement, “I certify that I am the author of the material I am submitting to rageagainstthecubefarm.com.
  
• Rageagainstthecubefarm.com, its parent company CyberCyUBEr, Inc., and its licensees may reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the material for any purpose in any form and on any media. I agree to indemnify rageagainstthecubefarm.com and its parent company CyberCyUBEr, Inc. for all damages and expenses that may be incurred in connection the the material.”

Contest Winners’ Selection and Notification

• One winner may be selected for each Contest for each Contest period with the winner determined solely on the basis of votes received from registered users of the rageagainstthecubefarm.com website. In the event that no votes are received for any posted entries to a Contest for a Contest period, no winner will be selected for that Contest for that Contest period.
  
• Each registered user of the rageagainstthecubefarm.com website may be the winner of an unlimited number of Contests.
  Winners will be announced on the rageagainstthecubefarm.com Hall of Fame on February 16th, May 16th, August 16th, and November 16th.
• Winners will be notified by email by the rageagainstthecubefarm.com staff with instructions for selecting and receiving their prize(s).
  
• Contest prizes will be rageagainstthecubefarm.com merchandise, and each Contest winner may select any single product available at the Rage AGainst the cubE faRm online storefront. Shipping and handling costs for Contest prizes are included.
